Facing the fierce competition in the market when Vietnam has been deeply and widely integrated into the world economy, like many other companies, LIDOVIT must equipped itself with its own direction of growing to further enhance its available internal force, and create highly competitive advantages. ln this direction, since 2008, LIDOVIT has been striving to maintain the annual average growth rate from 20% to 25%. In addition, it continues to make the technological innovation for product diversification, and continues to produce those traditional ỉtems of nut and bolt and screw and commonly-used products in service to wood furniture assembly, constrụction, electricity, electronics,... and at the same time focuses on technological innovation, more investments in machinery and equipment, increasing the output and capacity of its factory to create a group of high-quality products, in service to the domestic manufacture and assembly of machinery, automobiles, shipbuilding, and speed up the rate of export to European and Japanese markets, . . . Furthermore, the Company also pays attention to increasing the production scale, upgrading the product quality, creating a number of key and strategic products, step by step specializing the production, standardizing the products, materials, and fuels, as well as promulgating the norms of stock, technology, equipment, operations, rules, and stipulations on labor safety and industrial hygiene . . .

Not limited to the above, the Company again concentrates all of its resources striving to attain the yearly sales turnover growth rate of 25%-30%, and profit increase of 15% - 20%. Besides, at present LIDOVIT is gradually expanding its activities to the real estate business. Particularly, it is speeding up the completion of converting the project construction to suit the economic conditions on a building land area of 1,500 m2 at No. 230 Bach Dang St., Ward 24, Binh Thanh District (Ho Chi Minh City) for commissioning the same in the time to come. On the other hand, the Company shall also continually and frequently innovate its mode of management as per the corporate objectives, make perfect its organizational machinery and people practices, employ the labor in right positions, proper professionalism, and have a regime on suitable incentives for effective workers . . .
